About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven HR Recruiter to help us attract top talent and build exceptional teams. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and screening to onboarding—ensuring a seamless candidate experience and a great cultural fit. If you're passionate about people, process, and performance, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across departments and roles

  • Draft job descriptions, post openings, and source qualified candidates

  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates

  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs

  • Maintain recruitment databases and track candidate pipelines

  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process

  • Support employer branding efforts through social media and events

  • Assist with onboarding and initial orientation of new hires

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • 1–3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience

  • Knowledge of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and people-first mindset
