About the Role

Vixon Group is seeking a goal-oriented and energetic Sales Executive to help us expand our customer base. You will play a vital role in identifying prospects, closing deals, and delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients through cold calls, emails, and networking

  • Understand client needs and present tailored solutions

  • Follow up on leads and close sales in a timely manner

  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Keep CRM records updated with all sales activities and client interactions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • preferred1–3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Confidence, resilience, and self-motivation

  • Basic knowledge of sales tools and CRM platforms
