About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our growing sales team at Vixon Group. In this role, you will be responsible for setting sales targets, developing strategic plans, and driving revenue growth. You’ll play a critical part in building strong customer relationships, mentoring your team, and delivering on ambitious goals in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue and market growth

  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure KPIs are consistently met

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strong client relationships

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support sales initiatives

  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and competitive insights to leadership

  • Drive a customer-first culture while maintaining high standards of professionalism

  • Train and onboard new sales team members

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field

  • Minimum 4–6 years of proven sales experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role

  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills

  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools

  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team under pressure

  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and decision-making ability
