About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Team Leader to join our growing team at Vixon Group. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding and managing a team of professionals to deliver high-quality performance, meet client expectations, and uphold our company values. You will play a key part in driving results, maintaining a productive environment, and mentoring your team members to achieve excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team to achieve targets and goals

  • Monitor team performance and implement improvement strategies

  • Act as the point of contact between team members and management

  • Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews

  • Ensure timely delivery of client projects and internal KPIs

  • Report progress, challenges, and insights to senior leadership

  • Promote a culture of accountability, learning, and collaboration

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools

  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a team

  • Positive attitude, adaptable, and results-driven
